1.2. Neuroscore.ai provides services related to the development and use of artificial intelligence solutions, including but not limited to data analysis, information processing, and provision of specialized software solutions (hereinafter — “Services”).
1.3. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or Services.
1.4. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version of the Terms is published on the Site and takes effect from the moment of publication. By continuing to use the Site or Services after changes are made, you confirm your agreement with the updated Terms.
2. Right to Use the Site and Services
2.1. The User confirms that they have the right to enter into legally binding agreements and have reached the age allowing the use of the Site and Services in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union.

5.1. The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or absence of errors.

6.2. In the event of a data breach, the Company undertakes to notify Users and the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic within 72 hours in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7.1. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, such as Google Analytics. The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy policy, or actions of such third-party resources.
7.2. The User uses third-party services at their own risk and must familiarize themselves with their terms of use and privacy policies.
8. Termination of Access
8.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's access to the Site or Services in case of violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at the Company's discretion without prior notice.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Prague, Czech Republic.
9.2. The parties undertake to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through negotiations before going to court.
